In addition to the beauties of the sea, the public gets to enjoy the stars of the music world. Finnish top artists will grace the stage of the festival, and the programme will also include international artists yet to be confirmed. The festival is intended for adults, even though the programme will be eclectic. There will be a special focus on the VIP area and services in keeping with the spirit of the event.
Ticket sales for the Music Festival start next Monday, 6 February, and Early Bird tickets are on sale for a special price until the end of February.
The first acts confirmed to perform at the Music Festival are as follows: The Comedians - Rokkaavat kärkikoomikot (Sami Hedberg, Niko Kivelä, Mika Eirtovaara, Jacke Björklund), Anna Puu, Erin, Lauri Tähkä, Irina, Jorma Kääriäinen & Yhden Tähden Orkesteri, Tuure Kilpeläinen & Kaihon Karavaani, as well as the Kings of Finnhits (Danny, Frederik and Tapani Kansa).
Of the performers, Anna Puu, Erin and Lauri Tähkä have appeared on the Vain Elämää viewer favourite television show, and this year, one of the stars will be Irina. This star-studded list of performers is completed by Tuure Kilpeläinen & Kaihon Karavaani, who are sure to raise the roof, as well as Finnish favourites Danny, Frederik and Tapani Kansa.
A special performance by the Comedians can also be seen in Linnapuisto – an all-round performance by top Finnish comedians who first perform stand-up routines and then rock with their cover band. The event will no doubt have plenty of laughter.
